Miss Kaiten

I have been so busy that I forgot about updating about my niece!  She is just perfect. She came into this world weighing 9lbs 5oz and 20 inches long.

Our little chunky monkey!!

Oh and her hair. Oh my goodness!!! Whenever I hold her, I just run my fingers through it.

I promise I have never seen hair on a newborn like what Miss Kaiten has.

Now for some pictures!!!

Family of 3!! (and Kaiten is brand spankin' new here!!!)

FINALLY (after like 3 hours!!!) I got my hands on her!!! Isn't she a doll??

 Lovin' the hat!
 fixin' to go home!!

 Look at all her hair!!!

After a few days, Emily decided that Camden and Easton really needed to meet Kaiten.

So they came over... Um yeah.

The boys could care less!!!
This is as close to her that Easton would get...

This pretty much sums up what Camden thought about her!!

He did finally lay down beside her.

She has came over several more times since then and the boys still pretty much don't care. I really concerned that they would get jealous when I held her and want to crawl up in my lap.

Big fat NOPE!!

Traders!

No, actually I am kinda glad that they could give a rats big toe! That means more snuggling for me and my sweet little(BIG) niece!!

Happy Birthday Kaiten!!!

I cant NOT believe that today is THE day!! My little sister is being induced as of right now!! (its 8am as I type this!) I just feels like yesterday that my twin sister called and told me the news. We were all shocked to say the least.

But now that the day is here?!!??

I am shocked that its time!

I cant wait to meet my new sweet precious niece. I am just a little excited.

That's a complete lie.

I am beyond excited, I'm nervous, happy, overjoyed, and everything else in between!!!!

Here are a few pics that I MADE her take on Sunday night.
(I know one day she will want to look at these !)

Johnny(her boyfriend, and Kaiten's daddy)  wanted to take a few with her...

Me: "Emily your head was down in that last one, Look at the camera."

Me:"Johnny you looked like a major dork in that last pic, act normal! Emily, you NEED to smile!!!
Just FYI-this is the best picture in my opinion.
Seriously?
Work with me people!!!

Me: "Johnny just sit down. Emily you need a good belly shot. PLEASE SMILE???!!!"
And this is the out come!
Lordy lou!!
Me; "Camden show Aunt Emmy how to smile!"
That's my baby!! (i just love him to pieces!!)

Me: "One more Em."
Emily: "Melissa, you have already take like 10 pictures, I don't want to take any more"
Me: "Seriously Emily? I have taken 6 pictures, NO LIE and 1 of them was of Camden!! You will want these one day. I promise!!"
As I am saying this, I snap this picture. Then she promptly sits down.
Emily: "I'm tired!"

Oh Goodness!!!!

Yall know I will update as soon as I can!!!

Seriously?? Again?!!!

If you cant tell what the above picture is, its a FLIPPIN' HOSPITAL BRACELET!!!

Seriously?

By the way, I stole the word, flippin, from the the new show Sarah Palin is doing on TLC. Its my new word, kinda like, "seriously." Ok and Im off subject...

Anyway I am still to mad and upset at my self to do a full out post about it.

Lets just say I have a HUGE case of Mommy Guilt going on.

But anyone who is anyone to me, knows about this. And if you dont, just drop me a comment and I will fill you in.

I havent decided if I am going to do a post on this or not. Its that bad. And I am still very upset about it.

(and the only reason I did this post, is because this blog is almost like a baby book for me, for  the boys. I wanted to remember when this took place.)

Brown Paper Packages!

Have you checked out the blog Brown Paper Packages? If not, you really need too!! She is giving an AWESOME giveaway right now! Its a $50 gift certificate from The Vintage Pearl. One of my favorite jewelry sites.

SSSHHHH I already have a necklace from there, but would LOVE a number of other things from that site, I would have that $50 spent so fast my head would spin!!!

So head on over and check it out!

Oh and by the way....

The blog its self is really really inspiring. I love all of Kierste's ideas.

So even if you don't win, I guarantee you, you find tons of cute ideas!!!

Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas..

If I could find my camera, then I could take pictures of our new tree that we got the other day!!! I put it together last night after the boys went to bed.

Lets not get ahead of game. I said that I put my tree up.

coughcough itdoensthaveanydecorationsonityet!! coughcough..

I didn't realize how HUGE it was. I hope I have enough decorations to fill it up!!

On another note. I know Christmas is right around the corner when your watching TV and all the cute commercials come on.

I LOVE THEM!!

My all time favorite is the Pampers commercial, and the woman is singing "Silent Night"

Gets me every time!

I know this is soooo random, but oh well!

Have a great weekend!!!

Cliff Lee!!!!!!

Does that name ring a bell with you?

Maybe you need a few hints....

He is a pitcher...

For a MAJOR baseball team..

Who happened to play in the World Series, but sadly lost...

If you haven't guessed, he was the pitcher for the Texas Rangers!!!!(hopefully still will be..fingers crossed!!)

And he stopped by where I worked last Tuesday! (not by accident, he was purchasing something!) If your keeping up, that's day AFTER he pitched in the WORLD SERIES!!! How awesome is that?

To be able to shake hands with him merely a few hours after he pitched in the last game of the World Series was pretty cool, if I say so myself!!

He was the nicest guy. And taller than I thought he would be. Defiantly a cool experience!

I'm cheesin' just a little big, dontcha think?? HAHA!

Our web guy shot this picture of us, then the camera jacked up (cameras are the story of my life right now, I tell ya! I'm starting to despise them! uggg!) and to top it off, our company decided to change all of our email around, so we couldn't email for days. Very nice!! So that's why it has taken me this long to post about it!

Switcheroo

As mentioned in the last post, I turned the boys car seats forward facing the other day. They had been at my best friends Ashleighs house my one day, and when it was time to go home, I just decided on a whim to have them forward facing. So Ashleigh helped re do the straps and all that good jazz to get them the way the were suppose to go.

 Eastons side....

Camdens side...

Don't they look enthused??? HAHA!

19 months old!!

**This post will not have pictures. Why you ask? Because 2 little boys who shall remain nameless, have jacked my camera. And their are pictures that I still have yet to down load yet, including the ones of them on their 19th month Birthday. little toots!!!**

On Oct. 3rd, the boys were 19 months old! I cant believe that they just celebrated their 2nd Halloween, and they are fixing to celebrate their 2nd Thanksgiving and Christmas! They have done lots of growing up this past month. The major thing being, they are now forward facing in their car seats.

Or that could have been because this momma felt the longer they faced the rear, the safer they were. And well technically that's true, but poor East was just about sitting Indian style! Ha!

They are also talking some kinda crazy now these days. Both of them. Some words you can understand, some you can't.

Lets see, what else are yall up too?
-about the whole switcheroo on the car seat deal? yeah it took yall 2 car trips to get back in the swing of things. I don't think yall liked it in the beginning. But you both LOVE it now.
-speaking of facing forward, its hilarious to see you both moving your heads back and forth and clapping yalls little hands to the music.
-Camden you love the new Nelly song. Son, you get down in your car seat!! It is HILARIOUS!
-Easton, you like any kind of music, but I must say, your brother is way more in to it than you are.
-Speaking of dancing. Any time any music comes on, whether it be my cell phone ringing, music playing on the TV(esp. Micky Mouse Club House), Camden you stop whatever your doing and just dance. HAHA!
-You both just have your 12 teeth.
-You both are drooling like crazy, so I am thinking your both getting some new teeth.
-You both have had some episodes this last month with sleeping through the night. Mommy is not used to this at all!
-I think its a combination of things, teething, possible nightmares, being cold, ect.
-With all this waking up going on, one or both of yall have slept with us more than yall ever have.
-Cam, your still on your meds and breathing treatments.
-East your on allergy meds.
-Yall are both loving ice cream sandwiches. You both know that they are in the purple wrapper in the freezer. You both can get them out of the freezer(if I leave it open by mistake, say after I got some chicken out to defrost, and maybe forgot to close it...) and have them unwrapped and half eaten before I can even blink an eye. LOL!
-yes the above statement has happened. I have learned to be sure to close the freezer every time I open it!
-Long gone the days of just running about outside with no shoes on. Yall get so impatient with me while I am trying to get you dressed to just go outside and play.
-yall are both still loving your bath. Just last night, yall playing for about 30 minutes. Well until the water got cold. And yall started turning blue. And I made yall get out. Then the fight was on... :)
-Yall are very independent. Especially at the table. We've been giving yall your baby fork and spoon. It now takes yall twice as long to eat. But you wont let us feed you any more. (well sometimes, but its very far and few between!)
I can't believe that Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner!! We (and them too!!) are going to have so much fun this year!!!

Happy Halloween 2010!!!

My 2 little dragons!!!

We had a fun filled Saturday night hanging out with family. We started out at my Aunt Amy's house for a wonderful hot dog dinner. She went all out with the decorations. We decided that it was going to be a yearly tradition. We had so much fun! Thank you so much Aunt Amy for having all of us over!!

Then it was on to my Uncle Sherrells house, then on to our Meemaws and Pappys house, and then ending up at my Nana and Bo's house. We had family in from out of state, so we stayed up late talking and visiting them. This Halloween was the best!! I cant wait till next year, when the boys "get" what its really about!
